ABOUT THE MARKET

The Vietnamese government is currently enhancing its military capabilities. They started military modernization plans to combat modern threats. That is why they allocated US$5.4 billion towards military expenditure in 2018.

Their needs are especially focused on equipment for seaport and airport security. They would also like to get cameras and scanners to assure security on their borders.

Vietnam is fighting against human trafficking, illicit drug trade... This is why they absolutely need to modernize their equipments. The fact that Vietnamese domestic industry in terms of defense is very poor is a wonderful opportunity for the rest of the world to export.
